Update of PDF Manager

On december 11, 2020 we will update the current version of the PDF Manager App. Minor bugs have been fixed and some new features have been added:

Save to a document type of your own choice

When saving a document to PDF the user can decide which document type to use (used to default to letter).

Dociument converted to a PDF document and as a PDF document type. And your <snum> SuperOffice variable will not be affected on the original document.

From the PDF Manager admin page, you can select the document type that should be possible to use as output document type. You can also set a default output document type.

Updates in the user interface

1. The Search field has moved to the left

 

2. A “task button” has been added, from which you can select Convert or Copy (more options will be available at a later date)

3. Created and Updated, will only show the time when you “mouse over”.

4. The creator of the PDF-file is shown in the grid.
